Search Light of God Church Kalerwe Branch is a ministry under Search Light of God Evangelistic Ministry, we are situated in Kalerwe, Kampala Uganda, with a vision to expand the kingdom of God by sharing God’s heart through living and teaching the good news of Jesus Christ in the local area and to all Nations at large. the specific divine call or burden upon Search Light of God Church Kalerwe is to train an army for God that will pant only for God’s heart and serve him in these end times, this burden is derived in Luke 4:8 The spirit of the lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives. As a ministry by grace we try to be the kind of church based on the Biblical pattern by living what we teach, spirited praise, worship and prayer, loving all by grace, and giving a hand to the needy. By grace Search Light of God Church Kalerwe started in October, 2014, When the spirit of God put a divine burden on our spiritual father (pr. Israel Mutabaganya) for the lost people in the land kalerwe, the young generation wasted in prostitution, drug addicts and alcoholics without hope for the future. God put a burden on our hearts that there is still hope for his people. We started with a four days music rally where many showed interest and hunger for the good news of Jesus Christ. We there after started a fellowship in a bar where we offer our ministry services, we are still going on and believing God for a divine transformation of this area according to his will.
